Low back pain is a common condition with many people and is commonly experienced by all at some point in their lives. The severity of the pain may or may not be related to the injury that has caused it. When something as simple as a strain in the back can cause unbearable discomfort, a displaced disk may turn out to be quite painless.

What are the causes of low back pain.

Causes of Lower back pain is often due to a wrong posture or displaced or strained back muscle. Irritation of the large nerve roots that go to our legs and our arms, a strain in the smaller nerves or an injury in any of the bones, ligaments or joints may also result in pain in the lower portion of our back.

Many times, one can experience low back ache without any injury or known anatomical cause. However, back pain can be largely linked to a strain in any of the muscles or a specific condition such as degenerative disc disease or a herniated disc.

Going Beyond Chiropractic Care

“My primary goal is to solve patients’ problems and provide the relief they’ve been searching for. I’m a unique and thorough chiropractor because I go above and beyond chiropractic adjustments.”

In addition to chiropractic techniques we also offer the following to help in total body health and wellness.

Supplements. We also suggest Standard Process supplements- 100 percent whole food supplements. Why? Because we believe that they are more effective and ultimately more beneficial. The supplements are different because they’re concentrated at a farm as opposed to made in a laboratory.

Exercises. In addition to supplements, we show, demonstrate and teach our patients helpful home exercises using a room dedicated for instruction in the office. Our preferred exercise method is primarily Egoscue.
